To improve the processes of parcels, bpost decided to analyze the existing End to End (E2E) AS IS processes and set up an improved E2E TO BE process, involving all departments starting from sales till customer care. This included also setting up KPI dashboards, trainings, risk analysis, process standards,…
An additional project was to coordinate a sub track of the major project for the parcel machine (> 1 million €). Namely, setting up and implementing a new customer care process and installing a new external party as new service supplier for the new product.
