Implementation Lab Analysis Software
The main objective was to move both countries, Belgium and France, towards a new laboratory analysis software. The process of selecting a supplier had been finished and development had been started.
However, due to internal resource complications, Melius came on board to take over the Project Management.
For this project, it was key to align with the main stakeholders (lab users and Quality management). Plus, identify and understand the basic needs to support the work processes and translate those towards the developers. Developing a thorough understanding of the lab workflow next to excellent relationships with all parties were indispensable to the success of this implementation.
There was a close monitoring, guidance and support throughout all different project phases of software development, user acceptance testing, training and production GoLive.
